Chocolate, Black and Ivory Cupcakes

For this wedding 200 cupcakes were made in alternating chocolate and ivory buttercream swirls. Additionally, a black monogram E, handmade from gum paste, topped each cupcake. The 8" buttercream cake was decorated with polka dots and swirls.
